Community Guidelines

Hey, we’re Solis Interactive Inc., and we built all of our games to be a blast for everyone. These Community Guidelines are here to keep the games fun, fair, and respectful. By playing, you agree to follow them alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Let’s make this a great place to frag and chill.

1. Play Nice

  • Treat others how you’d want to be treated—no harassment, bullying, or hate speech. That includes chat, voice, or any in-game actions.

  • No slurs, threats, or personal attacks based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or anything else. Keep it cool.

2. Keep It Fair

  • Don’t cheat. No hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, or exploits to get an edge. If you spot a bug, report it to infosec@solisinteractive.com—don’t abuse it.

  • Play by the rules of each match. Team-killing or griefing just to ruin someone’s day? Not cool.

3. Stay Legal and Clean

  • No illegal stuff—don’t share pirated content, scams, or anything that’d get us all in trouble.

  • Keep it PG-13-ish. No explicit content (e.g., porn, gore beyond the game’s design) in chat, usernames, or profiles.

4. Respect the Space

  • Your username and in-game presence (e.g., stats, voice) are public to other players—don’t impersonate others or pretend to be Solis staff.

  • Spam, flooding, or derailing chats? Nope. Let everyone enjoy the game.

5. Help Us Out

  • See something sketchy? Report it to infosec@solisinteractive.com or use in-game tools if we’ve got ‘em. Give us details so we can act.

  • Feedback’s awesome—share ideas or bugs constructively. We’re here to make Project Prismatic better. Any reports that aren’t bug, security, or legal related, please send feedback to contact@solisinteractive.com

What Happens If You Break the Rules?

We’ll step in if needed—think warnings, temporary mutes, or bans, depending on how bad it gets. Serious stuff (e.g., hacking, threats) might mean a permanent boot, at our discretion, with no warning. It’s our call, per the Terms of Use. Appeals? Email <<<Point to form>>> with your side of the story.
